How do I choose the right size?

For a living room, a rug should sit under the front legs of the sofa and extend at least 20 cm past each side — a 5×7 or 8×10 covers most setups. For a bedroom, either run the rug two-thirds of the way under the bed, or use a smaller rug as a border on each side. For a nursery, leave a clear walking path to the door.

Can the rug go in a washing machine?

Our washable collections are designed for home machines. Use cold water on a gentle cycle, do not use bleach, and either air dry or tumble on low. Shake the rug out before washing to remove loose dust. Deep-pile fluffy rugs are best washed in a machine large enough to let the rug move freely; if yours is too small, use a commercial laundrette.

Will it shed?

A little loose fibre is normal in the first week or two on a new pile rug. Vacuum gently without a beater bar during that period. Shedding settles once the pile has been walked on and vacuumed a few times.

Does it move on a hard floor?

Most of our rugs have enough weight to stay put on carpet and on most hard floors. On polished tile or laminate, a separate rug pad will keep it flat and stop it sliding. We recommend a pad for high-traffic hallways in any case.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship from US warehouses within 1–2 business days and arrive 2–5 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is US$4.90 and free on orders over US$59. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

What if the colour looks different from the photo?

Screens render colour differently, and pile height changes how light falls across a rug. If the rug is not what you expected, it can be returned unused within 30 days — see our Refund Policy.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No. We ship to US addresses only and cannot accept orders with a delivery address outside the United States.
