Using this store

This website is operated by OPPODREAM. By visiting oppodream.com or placing an order you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to OPPODREAM.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices and to withdraw products at any time. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation; until then we may decline or cancel an order, including where an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund the full amount.

Product descriptions and colours

We describe our rugs as accurately as we can, including fibre, pile height, size tolerance and care instructions. Screens vary, and a colour that reads blue on one monitor may read grey-blue on another. Sizes are nominal: allow a small variance, which is normal for woven and tufted rugs.

Shipping and returns

Shipping options, delivery estimates and our 30-day return window are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, designs and layout on this site belong to OPPODREAM or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break any law, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to access data that is not yours, or to submit false orders or fraudulent payment information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OPPODREAM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or from a delayed delivery once a parcel is with the carrier. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which OPPODREAM is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules.
